Hey guys how are you. I read through the soft modding guide, and I defiantly like the concept and understand it. I just have a few questions if anyone wouldn't mind answering them.

First off, hows the compatibility? I'm just curious if you would rate it as "good" "great" "near perfect"?

Second, the guide I found on here uses an EIDE hard drive. I'm curious, can an external (USB 2.0) hard drive be used, or one in a similar case. This would remove the need for the network adapter.

Sorry, but if I can clarify. Can you boot games from a USB device? Maybe a large pen drive?
