ok, so hear is my situation. i have my surround sound hooked up to a 2 way switch, so i can have my ps2 and comp hooked up to my sterio at the same time and all i have to do is flick a switch to listen to the device on my surround sound. the sound that goes in to the switch come out of my system perfact with no problems, my comp however is only sending out what SEEMS to be a mono singnal. the sound only comes out of one speaker on my surround sound system. i have tried using different cords to connect and i keep gettig the same results, i have also tried hooking up a different comp and a portable CD player, still the same out come. the crazy part is all of this WORKED up on till a few nights ago when a storm threw out our power. after the power came back on this problem started... any sudjestions out there, seem like i have tried every thing and the problem just makes no sence!
