I have Nero 8. I'm concerned that I may have made mistakes that have resulted in temporary files not being deleted. I would like to know where temporary files go and how to recognize them. If this question is too broad based, I'm specifically concerned about temporary files created when creating an audio file using a microphone or recording an LP to make _.mp3 files.
Search through and you'll find what your looking for. If you can't "see" some folders, simply highlight the Ahead folder then click From the menu bar at the top, Tools then select folder options, then select the View tab then use the radio button marked Show hidden files and folders.
Thanks onya. Somebody at another forum suggested CCleaner (freeware). It does all sorts of cleaning.

Ccleaner is a very good privacy tool and I use it myself, but I thought you wanted to manually seek out the files you mentioned. Seems I got the wrong end of the stick...lol. At least you got what you're after.
