I have got quite a bit of experience with DVDR and burning but this one has
stumped me.

I am burning a film. I have ripped the vobs, created new ifo's (as the old
ones would not link to the movie) and I have Got VTS sectors (all within
IFOEdit.)

It plays fine in Power DVD (after selection the Video_TS file.)

So I burn the folders via Primo Prassi2.0 (as I have always done) and the
disc is done. (White Label Discs)

It plays in a Sony setop, A Pioneer setop, an Xbox and a PS2 but will not
play at all in my Technika Setop (whereas every other film I have done will)
and when looking at the disc in explorer, everything seems fine.(I must add that I can only view the disc in the Pioneer 104, it will not read at all in my Liteon DVD, it does not recognise that there is a disc present)

Can a setop be fussy about what films it plays? Bearing in mind I have not
changed software or the manufacturer of my blanks, and a few title
refuse to play, infact it freezes my Technica setop player when the discs are inseted.

Kind of baffling really.

Any Ideas?

I thought it may have something to do with Primo Prassi????

I can give you further info if needed.

Thanks for your help

I seem to have it sorted now.

I was opening VIDEO_TS.IFO and running Get VTS Sectors instead of opening the first vob IFO.

Seems to have done the trick.
