Hi. I have a question about NeroVison, a part of Nero Startsmart. I have 4 clips I want to put on 1 disk. I add them. Now, when the disk starts, I'd like for an icon to come up allowing me to choose which of these 4 clips i'd like to watch. Then, I want to make chapters for each clip. The way it is now, i cannot do this. I can only merge all 4 clips and make chapters, making me look for the clip i'd like to watch, or have no chapters at all. Any solutions?

Thanks,
Barnie

When you open NV to add your clips, do you choose "Make Movie" or "Make DVD"?
If you choose "Make DVD-Video",Nero Vision will let you create a menu so you can select and play any of the 4 clips you have, and also set chapters.

After you add your clips, make chapters and menus:

I know this much. My problem is this. Lets say I have 4 clips I want to put on a DVD. All 4 come up. Now, i can put chapters under 1 of them, but not all 4. Or, I can merge all files and have chapters, but then its only 1 clip. I have to search through the dvd to find the beginning of each clip.

Ok...I think I have it figured out. You have to create chapters for each clip as you add it individually. Example, Add clip 1, create chapters. Add clip 2, create chapters, etc. In the past, I had been adding all the clips, then try to figure out how to create the chapters.

Glad you figured it out. You can add all your clips, and then create chapters individually for each one.
