Error backing up Lego Indy and Smackdown

Hi, I read through the forums, but didn't see anything covering the problem Im having. Im using xbc, and when I try to back up either one of these games, I get an error at about 40 percent, that says "cannot copy video.dat". Has anyone seen this error before and know what I am doing wrong?
