thedsdeals won't answer or reply after I paid for M3 card

I ordered 2 M3 cards and sd memory sticks from thedsdeals and paid with paypal on November 11th. They issued a tracking number from usps but it says that they (usps) have been notified of a shipment but that it may or may not have actually been shipped. thedsdeals won't respond to any of my emails and their phone doesn't seem to work. Anyone deal with them or should i report them to paypal and local authorities for fraud? THanks

yes, you should defintely report them to paypal!! I ordered r4ds and 2 gb on nov 16th and same thing happens. I got tracking but said they never shipped it. I'm going to send them one last email and they still doesn't reply, I'm going to file complaint against them.

how would you report them to local authorities i mean i use pay pal for every thing and make reports for units not recived all the time but i have never seen a option for report to authorities

You have to find out where they are located and call their local Sheriff's department. My brother was scammed on ebay and was able to talk with the sellers local authorites and get the guy arrested. It ended up being a federal crime because the purchased item was to be shipped over state line? Anyway, DSDeals has sent the item and it should be arriving in a day or two. I guess the post office had misplaced it and i would not worry about ordering from DSDEALS. If you have been scammed, try to find out the address of the scammer.

so over the phone how do you go about geting them proff of the offence cause i mean the police alway ask me to come in to the station or they cant do anything for me and wouldnt your brother have to go to the trial cause they have a right to see who filed the charges

I'm not really sure, maybe call their office and see what they can do? Sometimes it's more trouble than it's worth but I am always willing to spend more money than is at stake to satisfy my vengent side.

IMHO, you should go through the CC company first since getting your goods/money back are the most important thing. The police are going to do very litle if you're complaining about a $50.00 theft.

o yea i didnt lose any money
i just find it odd that the police would
take a complaint from an unknow out of state
person and then go put some one in jail based
on what that unknown person sed it just sounds fishy witch is why i was asking questions

just an update ktmpsales, I emailed him about my order and he actually replied back. i was like wow!! yah lol. Anyway, the person said it was due to trainee and error, so they look for my package and found it laying around in some sort of box. So they shipped it out last week. I'm expecting it today or tomorrow. Hope they found urs too. good luck

GOT IT TODAY!!! Was a shipping error, it was shipped when they stated, USPS actually lost it.

Yeah my R4 DS took some time to be sent also, which is understandable because of the season (Christmas is here). I called and the customer service was very nice and prompt on the situation. I mean I have ran a business also and I know its hard to keep a perfect reputation. You have literally thousands of customers a day and the only comments on the Forums is the negative comments. The 98% percent happy customers experienced are pretty much never heard.

I recently ordered too, from the dsdeals and they Supposedly shipped it on the 12 but the usps says they were only electronically notified or something like that. I also live near by them but im not sure if i can just walk in and ask em. Can someone help me please
