Magic DVD Ripper - Chapters out of Order

Hello all, maybe you can help. When I use Magic DVD Ripper 5.2.1 in the 'Copy Main movie only' mode, the chapters are out of order and the subtitle is shown on the screen and won't turn off. What am I doing wrong? Help me smart people!!!

Hi, my friends here at AD tell me magic ripper is not a very good program. Try anydvd and dvd shrink instead :)

I love DVD Shrink , but unfortunately it won't back up all of my movies.

Or, DVDFab HD Decrypter, since it is free. I doubt the "Magic" ripper is updated to take on the new encryptions found on newly released DVDs, like DVDFab is.
