I have downloaded Ps2 save builder many times and even diferent versions, It will not work for me at all.
It is so annoying, I must be the only one with this problem in the world because literally I searched like 100 pages of google on "ps2 save builder not working"

Can somebody please at least try to help me?

Waht are you trying to convert? Some files may not be recognised by the program. Look in the "save as" to see which files work with program. I think V-8 is the one you should be using

You can unzip the file BUT it won't open or work?
Data execution prevention may not be working on your system.
For help, use your windows help (F1) or post on AD in Windows forums.

but how will data execution prevention help it to work...
it prevents things from executing.
I really have no Idea what that is other than it caused my xp installation to stop working :/
I suck

That's what is does, prevents .exe from working.
Do other applications work? If that is the only one not working.
Maybe PS2savebuilder is the problem, if others DO WORK, the computer and software forum at AD is where to go

Hi, sorry for reviving this post (saw the last post was on my birthday, so had to post this solution :) but I had the same problem but was able to fix as it is a common problem for most programs that XP and especially Vista have opening up.
Basically all you need to do is right click on the PS2 save builder program and then hit properties. Then hit the 'Compatibility' tab followed by checking the box that should say something like 'Run this program in compatibility mode for:' (Make sure that the box is checked with the tick inside the box)
Then just bellow that should be a drop down menu with a few old versions of windows. I selected the Windows XP (Service Pack 2) option and I guess if that one doesn't work for you(after you have tried the last step that is), try another.
After that hit 'Apply' at the bottom and then 'OK'. Try opening the program again and see if you get any better results :)
Good Luck,
Xing
