Hi I have an urgent problem

I need to extract all the chapters of a DVD separately, I have a limited time like 5 days and I have 16 DVDs to rip they all have 50-60 chapters.

I tried to rip the dvd with dvd decrypter and then convert it to avi with AutoGK and then I tried to cut the avi with Avi splitter, it takes too long and also I realized that synchronization is not ok.

Can anybody help me please to find a FAST and synchronization Ok way to have separate files for all chapters.

encoding is not so important I have plenty of space on my HDD, I can take out vob files and cut them too but I couldnt find a way to do it.

Any help will be appreciated.
