I've heard that it doesnt.I havent copied it yet since I have no blank DVDs -_-'.But does anyone know if it actually doesnt,on all versions?
Cause I have 3.6 but the person that told me that it doesnt has the Coder version.

And also,if a game doesnt work on swapmagic is it possible to patch it or burn it in a special way to make it work?

I haven't heard that it won't work with Swap Magic.

But if it doesn't, you can patch the ISO with the ESR disc patcher (ESR disc patcher GUI v0.24a)and use ESR beta r9b dvdv direct.elf to run the game.
