hi..iv got a r4 for my nds lite,i no how to download and play games..iv downloaded guitar hero and can play it with the nds buttons iv bought the gripper when i attatch it to my nds it says its attatched but when i load the game up from the r4 card the gripper wont work..please help its an xmas present for my son...x

i have the same problem i bought on of the grippers and it arrived today yet it doenst seem to register, the gripper i bought was the oficial activision one and i have an m3ds ive seen people say they have got it working but i jus dont know how its also a xmas present so any help would be gratefull =/

I have one from dealextreme, it works fine, plug in switch on and away you go - not that I am any good tho.

i figured out the problem..well for me i did
i changed the attatchment that came with it to the old DS one and tried this in both the ds lite and old ds and it worked fine so im guessing its the slot 1 attatchemnt for the ds lite thats faulty

old ds??..the only other ds my son has is nintendo gomeboy advanced the gripper might fit but the games on the r4 memory card

did you not get a spare part that looks like it slots into the GBA cart slot on the ds?
