Have great success with IMG Burn and any burn I make, 99 out of 100 play on my Samsung DVD player. When I take same DVD copy and try to play it on Sony DVD player, Get error message 99 out of 100. Have also tried Any DVD with VSO Copy to DVD and get same results. Any suggestions on what this could be? Thanks.

What burner do you use?
What discs do you use(manufacturer and DVD+R or DVD-R)? Some players will not play burned discs unless they are DVD+R and booktyped to DVD-ROM. You can only booktype if your burner supports that feature and using DVD+R discs(cannot do it with DVD-R discs).

Quality media like Taiyo Yuden or Verbatim burned at 6x to 8x max should play in almost anything and as said booktype the DVD plus R media to DVD-ROM or use the DVD dash R format for best compatibily
