I have succesfully backed up many PS2 games & DVD's, and searched the forums for my problem but to no avail! So here goes

I have just realised that the DVD movies I have burned have a slight problem.

When watching a dvd I cant physically skip to the next episode.

I have recently burned Phoenix Nights, which has the above problem. I can fast forward etc, but cant seem to go directly to the next epsisode.

I am using DVD Decypter to create iso, then dvd shrink to strip all extra's and unwanted audio. Is this my problem, do I need to leave something on the disk to be able to perform the above. I am also viewing DVD's using my modded ps2!

well I just used DVD Shrink to back up phoenix nites 1 and 2 and each episode has 4 chapters so you may have answered your own question there

Yeah, I appreciate that, sorry if I wasnt clear!

My problem is if I'm watching say Episode 2 I cant directly skip to episode 6.

Is this possible??????? And if not why not?????

all u have to do is check if u can do it on the original....

if u cant then it is a problem with your Backup Process

or you could try it in a dvd player as i have a PS2 and sumtimes they dont co-operate with my Backups

just a little suggestion get back to us an let us no how your get on

you cannot fast forward between episodes on the original so you cannot on the copy
