Get a fail to read using DVDFAB and Anydvd. Anybody else?

Hi,

Anydvd and Dvd Fab interfer with each other. They need to be used separately.

nope not me.

1. are the programs up to date? anydvd 6.4.9.2 dvdfab 5.2.2.0
2. are the DVDs fingerprint and scratch free?
3. do you have the most up to date firmware for your drive/burner?
4. are you using a laptop? laptop ODDs can fail to read some DVDs in which case you will need a external burner to backup most DVDs

Using one or the other, as long as they are updated to their respective newest versions should handle this one with little to no issues.

No problem with Anydvd 6.4.9.0 and CloneDVD2. (I'm lazy, don't update until I run into a problem disk).
