hi im really new to the ds scene and would like to know which of the flash cards available now support 4gb or more sd micro cards. Also if i should get an r4, m3 or and another company because reading the forums i get the feeling the r4 is running out of steam and that i should look in to other cards so if any one has suggestions as to what card would be better i would really appreciate it. finally could i get a link to to the site that would sell such card. thanks in advance.

i wouldn't get an r4 now if i were u, the only ones being made are cheap knock off's, plus r4's (and m3's) don't support 4 gb micro sd. I haven't been in the ds scene much lately but i have heard of something called the "m3 real" and the "ds xtreme", dunno much about them but it might be worth a look.

CycloDS is the "cadillac" and supports sdhc (>2GB cards)

Another poster here (I expect her along shortly) likes the Supercard DS One but I don't know about sdhc support.

I wouldn't buy an R4 anymore.

M3Real supports 4gb cards, M3Simply does not though. CycloDS, DSTT, Acekard2, iTouch, Supercard, all support large cards as well.

DS Xtreme was actually one of the earliest DS carts. It uses onboard memory and, due to its creators not wanting to appear to support piracy, its game support is lacking and it doesn't have cheat code support. The G6 uses onboard memory as well but uses the same firmware as the M3Real so it has all the bells and whistles.

Just look for SDHC support in the features listing on the cart.
