hi all,
am having the above prompted when using recode (nero9). it gave out an error - "patent activation failed" when i clicked activate over the internet now (nor other options). The 'download' button does not work either. please advise..

My guess if that's all the message says is the activation is failing due to being unable to access the internet.
Allow access with your firewall.
