I cannot get my firecard to work on my ds!!

Hi there! I am a complete novice to the DS. I bought a firecard for my daughter for xmas and loaded some games onto it but it just keeps saying loading but never does. Pls help!

The firecard is just drag and drop the files on to the card. Are the files you are putting on .nds files (i.e. have they been unzipped correctly) are they un trimmed files (should be 8, 16, 32, 64, 128 or 256MB)

No, I have done that with an Edge firecard but this R4 card just keeps saying loading permanently. Any ideas.!!!!

Ahh

R4 - there are currently 9 variants of the R4 all with their own software, they are all listed at http://www.linfoxdomain.com/nintendo/ds/

If you look down this forum there are a lot of issues with the loading issue on the R4 you may find your answer in there - I believe Puggwash is a big authority on R4 see http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/6/725065
