sounds to me like your new 2gb memory card has become corrupt.
first are you using the sd adapter that comes with the micro sd memory and if so just make sure the little slider lock button on the side of the adapter is in the up position ( down position is locked and write protected ).
iff your not using the sd adapter then forget that ^^
sometimes when a pc cant format the memory card then i try using a mobile phone or digital camera to format them.
iff they cant format it then im afraid it will have to be a new memory card .
