Hi tuckerboy,

We are going to need to know a bit more about your system and programs, what you are trying to copy and what blank media you are using.

Tell us your CPU brand and speed how much RAM and hard drive space available. The make and model of your DVD ROM and/or burners, internal or external.

What version of Shrink are you using? Do you have a media player like PowerDVD? Can you play your movie on your computer with it?
Sometimes playing the movie and then opening Shrink will "unlock" it and allow Shrink to work. You could also try running the movie through DVD Decrypter first and then using Shrink.

http://www.dvddecrypter.com/

Decrypter is free and easy to use. Just make sure you are in File mode and do the entire movie. Decrypter will place the decrypted video files on your hard drive and then you can open Shrink and use the "Open Files" option to find them and get them processed for burning.

A DVD Decrypter guide and others can be found here:

Good luck,
Frank
