Ok First you say you successfully created a Virtual Memory card.
If you have done this, then why do you need help to input the savegames into the Virtual Memory card.

The only way I know that a Virtual Memory card works is by following this tutorial.

I see, if you just want to transfer game saves to your regular mc from a usb device, you can use uLaunch.elf to do that.

There is a tutorial on here to transfer gamesaves to memory card.
