Sony DRU-501a upgrade firmware problem

I am trying to upgrade the firmware to 1.0f. It will not let me update it for some reason. The program keeps saying restart, and never updates at all, it keeps making me restart.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

try turning off dma before u flash, also try dl the flash again
