I have an extras disk of the Godfather and want to burn it to DVD-R. The extras is about 8 Gbytes and I don't know how to copy it to 1 or 2 disks. It's not as though I can simply take out the movie VOB files or demux, these are all small files and I would need create reference points etc... How can I copy and make it look like the original?

Probably the easiest way (assuming that this disk doesn't contain the movie) is to split it to two DVD-R's with IFO Edit. Since this is an extras disk, it may be difficult to gauge where to split the disks, but I'd just use the layer break. Follow the guide at doom9; it's pretty good. It leaves out one step though: After you've split and copied the proper menu files to both disks, you need to open each video_ts.ifo in IFO Edid and correct the number of chapters on each disk.
