Been using Nero 6 Ultra from the beginning and have yet to have something not come through for me. I will say that poor media type can contribute as well as USB 2.0 device drive connected to USB 1.1. Burn speed too! I also tried Cucusoft software and it worked as well as Nero. You've obviously checked out the guides for AVI to DVDr, right?
