I Am Looking to get a list of all the wigan pier cds that have been made can anyone help to list them please

Unfortunatly, there isn't an "offical government list". The best you can do is Google 'wigan pier'. Usually, the best place to get that information is one of the larger music stores. Here is Amazon

If you do this kind of thing often, Media Monkey, an audio management system has a report script that will try to find all CDs that the supplied artist is on. It creates a web page that many CD are linked to a store that sells the CD. It is an amazing report. If you have a music library have not tried Media Monkey you ought to. It is one of ther top ranked audio managers.
