Problems burning ISO to DL DVD + R

Hi I have had some probs burning ISO's to DL DVD's over the past few days. I ussually use CloneCD but switched to Img Burn when the problems started but strill no luck I ussually get as far as writing the lead in then the write will fail. I am using Verbatim DL DVD+R's (x2.4). Anyway here is the log file from img burn I hope you can help...

Try updating your firmware.

99% of all problems are between the computer and the chair.

cheers tried the firware but no joy. Went and got a new burner today and it seems to be working well. Cheers for your help though
