whenever i convert a film and play it the film looks like a really cheap picture and jumps even though it has a perfect picture and plays perfect on my computer, i have tried both convert x to dvd and xilisoft i prefer xilisoft because it seems quicker but both turn out the same? i've noticed my dvd player doesn't play NTSC so i changed it to PAL, i don't know if that is the cause,i also changed the ratio to 16.9 instead of 4.3? can someone please help and maybe advise the best settings for xilisoft to get the best possible quality? Thank you
