Are there any issues with having DVD copies on your hard drive without having the original copies?

Well, maybe he backed it up, then accidentally played it in an Xbox 360 and tilted it and heard a very nasty CRACK! and opened the tray only to see that his disc had now become two half-moons.
...just sayin'. It's possible.

But,but the Op would still own the 2 half moons, so ownership is still established. But if this is the condition of all his/her dvds...... I'd say buy a new Xbox .
