Ripping all DVD Audio Tracks

Hi Guys

I've been ripping DVDs for years and always to DivX in Stereo Audio (MP3).

I know you can RIP to Avi and keep the original Dolby surround 6 tracks, but this yields very big files.

Does anyone know of a way to RIP all or say 4 surround tracks to some standard codec like multi-track MP3?

I see MP3Pro is supposed to be able to do this but its pretty poor quality as far as I'm concerned,
