Burning to a DL Disc

I got the movie Sex Drive from a friend and noticed it had an A and B side. So, I ran both sides through DVDFab and it put 2 seperate folders on my hard drive. How can I burn both folders onto a DL disc. Is there a way or do I have to just put each side on a sigle layer disc?

I've seen a feature on DVD Fab that might allow you to copy both onto one disc. I haven't tried it. DVD's are more than 2x cheaper for me so it's not worth doing for myself.
