R4 Top Kernel Help!

I bought the R4 Top from:

When I go to the site listed on the box it will not let me download the software. I got some software from:
http://rs458.rapidshare.com/files/220139....24_English.zip

This software will load the card unlike the other R4 software I found, but I can not play any of the games. I am looking for the software for this product.

try the site in my signature this hosts all the firmwares and does have 1.24 for the Top!

Is says the same thing. When I click it it says they can not download it either. The one I can get to load the cards and not games is named different it has TTMENU.SYS and TTMENU.DAT files unlike the others that have _DS_MENU.sys.

It says the R4 SDHC New will work for the R4 Top and that is the one I have it loads but will not play the games.

See what you mean - no firware can be downloaded.

If you are really stuck you can ue a different firmware, YsMenu (or something like that) go to www.gbatemp.net , forums R4 and I believe it is stickied at the top.

not at the moment tho as the site is down (happens sometimes!)

Ok I went through every single kernel that was listed on the site you had in your signature box. I found two that work with the R4 Top. The R4 Advance v 1.22 and R4X v 1.17 both work with the R4 Top. They both load well and play the roms. The initial card load is a little slow compared to my R4 SDHC, but it works great and you can show as many games as you want in a single folder. Thanks for your help.
