PIONEER BURNING??? HELP??

hi, i was wondering if you could help with a problem im having.Ive been burning bulkpaq dvd-r orange on a pioneer 107 for a couple of weeks and was working fine up until now.The problem is that the disc burns 100% and then fails at the end of disc at once?, any ideas?
