WinTV-HVR-1800

I copied a VHS video using WinTV and want to transfer the file to DVD. However, when viewing the file in NeroVision 4, there is green shading on the left side of the file. Playback in all programs, including NeroVision4, Media Classic, VLC, and WMP have the green shading. When I play the file back in WinTV the picture is perfect.

Nero Tech Support tells me that WinTV 1800 is not supported by Nero 7. Any ideas?
