What I would like to do is make a slid show that I can present to family with dvds. Take my digital pictures and burn them to a format that is presentable on dvd players. Does anyone know what format I would have to use and if there is a program out there for me .. thanks in advance .. Steve / snknfl@medinaone.net

If you have msoffice, you can make slide shows in powerpoint without having to buy new software. MS Picture It and many other software brands for pictures will create slide shows and allow you to attach the player if you are dubbing for someone that does not have the same software. Hope this helps.

If you don't have a DVD+R -burner you're pretty much stuck to the slide-show feature of VideoCDs. You can make slide-show VCDs from your digital photos using, for example, Nero Burning Rom.
