You can try www.dealextreme.com as they sell replacement nintendo ds lite cases and also the tri-wing screwdriver needed to take the ds apart :)

BTW, if you are changing to the clear shell, you might also try this.

Put your name, a label with your name, or some other piece of identifying information on the back of the top screen. It will show through the clear case.

It keeps "honest people honest". I did this on my 7 yr. old's NDS so there's no mistaking who it belongs to.

my clear case has the logo on top like the original case and the text on bottom, just changed my friends for a clear one it has neither and is a slight different shape on outside so a shell will not fit it, the dearer case was worth it, also on my clear case as the plastic is brittler than a colour one,i bought a clear case to go over it SHELL, the top and bottom frames on the screen i kept my original, i used my original L + R A,B,X,Y start, select, volume and power buttons to match the frames on screen it looks cool just a few ideas

really good tip assemble the case you buy together without the ds guts in it, reason is before you spend time stripping it down to find the new case screw holes don't line up, and screw and unscrew the screws in the plastic slots before you put ds in case as they need to be done(some of them real tight and when they done once its much easier) as its easier than fiddling with it when the electronics are in there to find something don't go or snaps, wish i did on last case.
this little prep time will save you loads of possible hassle later.
