Does this exist? Im going to get a AceKard 2i for my DS Fat, i wana rock some GBA games too.
Also is the AceKard 2i my best option for my Fat system, or is there a better choice considering the type of NDS i own?

M3 real perfect pack - the reason for this is, they have the large shell required to fit in the NDS and also the DSLite. So you will get a perfect fit.

Going back to your original question. To play GBA games you need a slot 2 device, the 2 most common ones are the
EZ flash, people have been having problems getting the slot 2 cover for the NDS (DS Lite are supplied)
M3 Real expansion (this comes with the DS one as well as a DS Lite)
So I recommend the M3 real perfect pack, this is $42 from dealextreme.com and has the shell you need, you will also need a micro SD but it should still come in at your $50 budget

Ohh the DSTT doesnt run GBA or Homebrew? Well then show me some thing that does please. i Was normally going to get a AceKard then i got sidetracked... keep in mind i need a Micro SD card too, and im trying to stay under 50 bucks. All i wana do is play my DS, GBA, Snes, Nes roms ect. Watch movies listen to music and enjoy some of the home brew on my DS Phat.
Im just trying to stay in budget and get the best possible combination of Expansion Pack, Card, and Micro SD card.

No this is the same one as last time
Cons: 1.You cannot use this card for GBA roms or other GBA homebrew!2.No software or instructions.3.You have to patch the NDS roms to work with the software downloaded from there site.4.Have to use a slot 1 cart to make it work for NDS game roms.

Although I am loathe to disagree with my friend Kittymat, you CAN use the supercard DS to play GBA ROMs.

Just to be sure, I dug mine out and tried it. I have Pokwmon Fire Red running on it (patched of course) with my CycloDS as I type this.
I'm pretty sure it will work with an R4DS (original) as well, but I haven't tested it in a long, long time.
However, I'm not sure about special features such as Pokemon transfer, etc.
Another option is the EZ Flash 3-in-1 and transfer it to an old GBA cart shell. I've heard that this works.

Yeah, all except for:
1. You don't know 100% if it works. I certainly cannot vouch for the Supercard working with an AceKard2 (aithough it SHOULD.)
2. If you buy the right TF card you will get the adapters for free.
3. IMHO, $17.00 is a little high for 4GB TF. I bought my last 4 for $10.00 ea. shipped and they included the adapters.\
4. Why are you buying 2 adapters?
5. Where is your SD card? You need to have an SD card in the slot 2 device and a TF in the slot-1 device.
One stop shopping will not aways save you money.

If the slot 2 card doesn't have any RAM, (i.e. an SD card in it) it won't run.

It can be done, but you may have to sacrifice something.
If someone came to me with your requirements and budget, here's what I would recommend (to the chagrin and horror of many of the other posters)
R4 Revolution Original --> limited to 2GB microSD and possibly future cartridge support
2 GB TF micro SD
$15.00 + shipping at RHS
Supercard SD
$11.50 at Dealextreme
1GB SD
If you can't find this for $10.00 or less shipped, you aren't even trying. They were $4.99 at my local store this week.
Total, $36.50
There are probably other slot-1 cards that will work, but I cannot verify this. I own a CycloDS, which by itself is over your budget. I have an EZ V that probably works, but I don't have time to test it.
Unless anyone has a rig to test and verify, everything else is "should work but not guaranteed to work".
