Hi, i have a Compaq PC which i bought 2 years ago and it have a driver JLMS DVD-ROM LTD-166S, do u guys think i can burn DVDs with it.

Nope. "ROM" means it reads only. You'll need an "RW" to burn.

Anywhere from $99 to over $200 depending on what you want. The best drive out there is the Pioneer 107 and can be had for $120.
