Supercard - Saved game transfer from MicroSD to Another

I recently upgraded my MicroSD card from an old 2GB to a new class 6 8GB carb. I did an exact copy of all the data, but when I go to load a game, i.e. Castlevania, it says I have no saved game data. Any ideas why this would happen? Some games the saved game data works on the new card, i.e. Super Mario Bros.
