Right then, the top screen on the DS when loaded has a SD Card symbol with ?MENU inside it. Its an R4-SDHC bought from dealextreme.

Pugg has tried to help and I emailed dealextreme so they sent another and exactly the same has happened.

I've seen a few threads mentioning this same problem but has anyone actually solved it and how?

deal extreme don't sell a lot of genuine stuff this is one of your problems.

http://www.r4sdhc.com/download-en.htm are you using drivers from here did a google search and r4 sdhc came up with this link
