hi does anyone know if there is any new software for the r4i cards i did a system update on it and now it wont work i was told that the ds people had blocked it when i did the update on it do anyone know if there is any new software out there that will crack it thanks........donna

The general consensus is that the R4i people will bypass the block (they have if the hype is to be believed) However, the R4i cannot update the Kernal on the card, this means that when one comes out you will have to buy a new card.

Ez Flash Vi, they can but you will have to have access to a non blocked DSi or DS, to run the update (this may be the same with other cards)

M3iZero - can - has a separate cable

However currently non of the carts work on 1.4, I suggest you wait and see what happens - Oh and don't update the firmware again if you want your card to keep working

thanks for the info i hope they bring it out soon cos im lost without my dsi and i dont have any games for it,it was my own fault should never had done the update on it but thanks again......donna

sorry dshacker i dont have a acekard 2i i have a r4i card will i need to buy a new card or will i be able to use the 1 i have got the firmware on my dsi is 1.4e does it matter wot card i have i really do miss playing on it thanks.......donna
