im trying to get cheats for super robot taisen OG Saga on my US M3 Simply and ive done everything but the new cheat list will not update.

i got the latest version,
then added the latest Cheat.DAT file in the _system_ folder
it didnt add anything new so i replaced it with the USRCHEAT.DAT file
didnt update as well. it says its 5MB(way bigger then my older one) but it acts as if its not there.
