Hi all

This has probably been posted somewhere before but for the life of me I couldn't find it. Does anyone know how to master the hammer throw on this game. It is the 1 event I can't get to grips with. My PB is 64m and this was a fluke. A step by step guide to the controls would be most helpful. Sometimes my guy stands still and throws the hammer and other times he spins away on his own before fouling. This is driving me mad!!
