Just wondering if anybody has had any problems with Ricoh rewriters,Because about 12 months ago I bought a Ricoh MP5125A +R RW it lasted about 6 moths and then flatly refused to read or write dvds.
I tried to flash the rom with no luck and to make things worse I lost the reciet.
So I went and bought a Ricoh MP5240A +R RW and guess what after 6 months(Last week) its done exactly the same,only this time reciet in hand I got it exchanged.
Just wondering if i'e been unlucky or if its a common problem,anyway i've got till September the way things have gone.
