Want to buy an NDSi console, with games.

Any recommendations please? Where can I get a cheaper original NDSi console, together with games in cheaper price? I was wondering if I should get it from eBay or not since I don't know how long will it take to get the console? I want to buy one for my brother.

Please "get real".

Nintendo products are protected by "fair trade pricing" and are not available new at less than MSRP or the retailer will lose their distributorship (large retailers such as Target or BB may become exempt for special sales from time to time.

Anything lower than $189.00 USD is used or should be handled with "asbestos gloves".
