Ok, so here's my deal. I've been trying to download a torrent, which I added many trackers from different sites.

Utorrent progress bar states that it is 100% complete, but the "downloaded" section states that I have only downloaded 5.77. The "size" section states the file should be 6.57.

I forced a recheck and it said it was "complete"

I do not understand this. Is something wrong. Is there a step that I can take to ensure that my download IS complete and COMPLETE it.

P.S. - The folder I downloaded the files to says that it is 6.57gb... so... I guess it's all downloaded... but I'm wondering why the "downloaded" section only says 5.77...?

If this was a 1 time event, you can see and seed the file fine, I wouldn't worry about it. But if it happen's regularly, I'd consider a new client, could be viewed as cheating. Couple of other thing's to keep an eye on are upload being registered after completion and after utorrent is closed. Killed my ratio on private site's after being fine for 2 year's.
