black screen on NEOGAMMA R7

hey, i'm having problem getting my neogamma r7 to play my backup games hopefully someone can help me with this. the screen turn black after the game is launch. the game is Mario Kart-U. thanks!!!

when you need help give more info what you have, what you have done, version of your Wii, region of the game. is it all the games or just this one? how did you burned? what type and vendor of the dvd you used?

my wii is LU60, i softmod with (http://www.wiihacks.com/recommended-faqs-guides-tutorials-only/24630-full-hacking-guide-4-2-system-menus.html). this is the frist game i backup. i use imgburn 2.4x with verbatim drd-r. thanks
