Decrypt it with Shrink using no compression then run it through the 30 day CloneDVD2.

Use Cinema Craft Encoder (CCE) for longer movies like that... can't beat the quality of the end result.

I have used DVDshrink on movies a lot bigger than 7 gigs and the quality was perfect.
I have only had one movie that compressed enough to see a difference. That was Embrace of the Vampire, and it had 4 full versions of the movie on it.
1 wide, 1 regular, and an uncut version of both.
Shrink showed more than 12 gigs of uncrompressed data.

It still fit and played OK but show some resolution loss like a good VCD.
Anything under 8 gigs looks great using shrink. If you have problems then you have a settings problem.

Use the deep analysis feature on shrink and you will get a much better result on larger movies. This has worked everytime for myself and others seem to agree. It will take twice as long but the results are worth the wait. Backups aren`t like a microwave oven, some require a little time for quality. Try reading while you wait jmo.
