WII-CLIP on 3.3u not playing new games

I have wii-clip installed on NTSC wii running 3.3u. Trying to do as little as possible with soft mods. I have tried the basic things that I have found on afterdawn (Burn at 4x, make sure its NTSC, try and download another iso) I thought that the mod chip would let me play games without having to change anything else. I am able to play lots of backed up games but everything that has come out in the past couple of months locks WII up with black or green screen.

Used softmod guide by Larry to install homebrew, etc... thinking of trying to downgrade to 3.2u I have seen lots of threads on other sites suggesting this downgrade. Looking for suggestions?

Little help please.... Everytime I try to post in existing thread some suggest start a new thread, but no one has replied to any of my threads. What do I have to do get help. Plenty of people on this site that seem to know whats up but I cant get any help. Again mod chip works (wii-clip) but I can't play new games without Neogamma. I get that stupid black screen on the last 5-6 games I have gotten. I clearing a beginner but I am quick learner, just need some help so I dont screw up my wii
