Needing urgent help with NeroShowTime.Files7.vob format

I hope this is the right forum. I have DVDs in NeroShowTime.Files7.vob format. I can watch but I can't edit them....

How can I do that OR how can I convert .vob to .avi, mpeg 2 or wmv ?
Help is very much appreciated.
