I've been trying to back up my whole DVD library. Using DVD Decrypter to get a TS Video file. The only program I have to burn with is Roxio Creator. I have to burn it as a Data Disc. File system is set to: ISO + Joliet + UDF. Home DVD player will read it fine and play it fine. Any DVD player on my computer will only see it as Data files, and can't play it. Do I need Nero, or what?

With DVD Decrypter, if you ripped the DVD using 'Mode' > 'ISO' >'Read' you would get an ISO image file.
Then you can burn the image file with 'Mode' > 'ISO' > 'Write'

If you want to use the VIDEO_TS folder method, download ImgBurn and select 'Write files/folder to disc' and open or drag the VIDEO_TS folder onto the window.

Note that unless you are using DL disks, a ripped DVD is usually over the nominal 4.3 GB capacity of a standard blank DVD.
If you wish to fit the ripped files on a standard blank, use DVD Shrink to load the .iso image file or the VIDEO_TS folder.
